Nestled on the outskirts of town, surrounded by serene fields and with a charming pond nearby, the location offered a peaceful respite from the hustle of daily life.The spacious room, complete with a luxurious bathroom featuring a relaxing whirlpool bath, was a delightful surprise. The friendly and accommodating staff ensured a comfortable stay, with brand new rooms and cozy beds that provided a good night's sleep without breaking the bank.However, as a historian with a penchant for exploring on foot, I found the lack of convenient public transportation a tad inconvenient. The option of a shuttle service to the train station or city center would have been a welcome addition for travelers without their own means of transport.Despite this minor drawback, Tvrz Orlice presents a compelling proposition for those seeking a balance between luxury and affordability in a picturesque setting. Consider this historic gem for a relaxing retreat that won't empty your coffers.
